Renting of facilities and rooms
Established companies: Move in as part of the collaboration
In connection with research collaboration, established companies and organisations have the opportunity to collocate with the University of Copenhagen if there are vacant rooms. As a general rule, such a lease is part of a broader and longer-term research collaboration with the University of Copenhagen.
Leases are time-limited, unless there are compelling reasons for a permanent one. Rents are subject to market terms and conditions and the Danish Business Lease Act.

Startups and spin-outs: Access to laboratory and office space
Entrepreneurs and small businesses can rent office space or laboratory facilities at the University of Copenhagen for a limited period of time.
Especially newly established companies, which have spun out of from one of the University of Copenhagen's own research environments, may benefit from placing themselves close to relevant core facilities and partners among researchers.
Rents are subject to market terms and conditions and the Danish Business Lease Act. The use of a canteen may be incorporated into the contract.
It is also possible to rent in with entrepreneurial environments such as Symbion or at Copenhagen Bio Science Park,COBIS. If you want to rent in with these, you must contact them directly.
