This is a review of what has taken place within Danish constitutional law in 2020. It focus on the restrictions during the Covid-19 lockdown, the government decision to kill all mink in Denmark and the accusations that this decision breached the constitution, as well as on the impeachment trial that was initiated against a former Minister of Integration. It also describes a number of interesting decisions from Danish courts.
