Dendrimers for pharmaceutical applications - potential and challenges
Research output: Chapter in Book/Report/Conference proceeding › Book chapter › Research › peer-review
Dendrimers are a class of synthetic macromolecules that are highly interesting because they combine nano-meter size with a very well-defined molecular structure that potentially can be used either as drug-delivery systems or as drugs. It is a relatively new technology, so there are still a number of issues to be addressed.
