Mogens Jin Pedersen

Associate Professor

Mogens Jin Pedersen is Associate Professor at the Department of Political Science, University of Copenhagen. He is Affiliate Senior Researcher at VIVE – The Danish Center for Social Science Research, and Research Fellow at Center for Organization Research and Design (CORD), School of Public Affairs, Arizona State University. He received his PhD in Political Science from Aarhus University in 2015. His research and teaching focus primarily on the following issues within the field of public administration: motivation and behavior among public employees and citizens, public management and leadership, heuristics and cognitive biases in judgements and decision-making, and quantitative research methodology.
