Primary fields of research
Climate change, increasing populations, and limited resources make high demands for our agricultural soils. My main research interest is how soil processes including nutrient cycling and GHG emissions are affected by different agricultural management strategies. My overall research goal is to increase our understanding of soil processes and how these are affected by human perturbations to maintain healthy sustainable soil environments for future generations.
