    Caroline Heide-Jorgensen is Professor of Competition Law and Marketing Law (unfair competition). She takes an interest in EU law in general and is particularly interested in competition law, marketing and advertising law, consumer law, media law and fundamental rights. Her PhD (2000) was about the liberal professions and competition law, and her doctoral thesis (2008) about freedom of expression, commercial speech and advertising law. Caroline Heide-Jorgensen has published widely within her field. She teaches Competition and Marketing Law and supervises both BA, MA and PhD students within her field.

    Caroline Heide-Jorgensen is the Director of the Research Centre for Market and Economic Law, (CME).
