Born: 17^th of March 1957.

Education:

1993: M.A. Psychology, University of Copenhagen.

2001: Ph.D. Psychology, University of Copenhagen.

Professional Qualifications:.

2005: State-registered Specialist in Psychoanalytic Psychoterapy.

1998: Authorization as Clinical Psychologist.

1995-1997: Completed a three year postgraduate education as psychoanalytic psychotherapist at the Institute for Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy (IPP) in Denmark.

1991-1994: Completed classical psychoanalysis.

Employment:               

2005: Associate Professor, University Clinic, Dep. of Psychology, University of Copenhagen.

2002-2005: Assistant Professor, University Clinic, Dep. of Psychology, University of Copenhagen.

2000-2002: Two-year Post Doc. research scholarship: "The Self in Neuropsychology and Clinical Psychology" [Selvet i neuropsykologi og klinisk psykologi] financed by the Danish Research Council for the Humanities.

1999-2000: Neuropsychologist at Frederiksberg Hospital, Stroke Unit,
