A number of core facilities incl. breeding of zebra fish for experiments and facilities for experimental research. -

Biofilm Test Facility
Offers specialised biofilm models to test chemical compounds or dressing under in vivo-like conditions. -
Biophysics team
The Biophysics team supports researchers in the use of sophisticated instrumentation and in the design of biophysical experiments. -
Center for Advanced Bioimaging
The Centre has advanced microscope systems and an array of instrument park to rival the best in the world. (TJEK) Also offers training. -
Chemical Biology & HTS Facility
Offers expertise and advice on planning and conducting biochemical and biological screening and analyses. -
cOpenNMR - the Copenhagen Center for Open NMR Spectroscopy
Enables open access to academic and industrial scientists from all fields for conducting high field solution NMR spectroscopy to push their research to the next level -
Core Facility for Flow Cytometry and Single Cell Analysis
Offers state-of the art flowcytometry, cell sorting, in vivo imaging (IVIS), and MSD instruments for anyone. -
Core Facility for Integrated Microscopy
Offers access to a number of leading light and electron microscopes, including training and support. -
Core Facility for Transgenic Mice
Offers help with developing modified mice for medical research. -
CPHSAXS - Facility for biological SAXS
Focus on Biological SAXS (small angle X-ray scattering) and is available for research as well as screening and optimization of experiments before commencement of experiments at large scale facilities. -
CUBE - UCPH Biobank
Collects high-quality biological samples from large-scale studies in order to analyse them in collaboration with other researchers. -
In Vivo Imaging System (IVIS)
Offers specialised 3d scans of laboratory animals. -
GeoGenetics Sequencing Core
Offers state of the art high-througput DNA sequencing. -
Panum NMR Core Facility
Offers MRI scans and NMR spectroscopy (both in-and ex-vivo), as well as data processing and visualisation. -
Substrate and Sterile Centre (SSC)
Offers the washing and sterilization of utensils for research groups. Produces media, cell culture media, buffers and substrates.
