My PhD project, which I recently finished (spring 2023) was a part of the research project "Social driver and barriers for climate-friendly diet". The PhD project was a practice-theoretical, qualitative investigation of the diets of young danes, with special focus on what challenges vegetarians, vegans and flexitarians encounter in their attempts to alter their diets. I now continue the work on this project as a Research Assistant.
I specialize in sociology of culture and everyday life, sociology of climate change, social contexts and social change, emancipatory social science and qualitative methods.
My supervisor is Bente Halkier.
Teaching
In the spring of 2021 and the summer of 2022 I'll taught the course "Climate Activist Sociology".
