I am a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Center for Social Data Science (SODAS) at University of Copenhagen. My research concerns the use of machine learning and big data to understand and predict behavior in a public policy context. I am particularly interested in public policy challenges relating to algorithmic fairness and transparency.
I hold a PhD degree in Social Sciences from Roskilde University, where my dissertation focused on generating labor market recommendations using a combination of behavioral public policy, machine learning, and large-scale administrative registry data.
I am also a Data Steward at the Faculty of Social Sciences Data Lab at University of Copenhagen, where I am responsible for building social data science capacity at the Faculty. My tasks here include assisting researchers with various social data science tasks, such as data management and GDPR, webscraping, automated content analysis and machine learning.
