“I can see the seasons in my mind”: Interview with Piet Oudolf
Research output: Contribution to journal › Journal article › Communication
With an acute sense of rhythm, seasonality and structure, the plant compositions of Piet Oudolf have blazed a trail through gardens from Enköping to Chicago. The list of iconic projects is long, and his celebrity status is indisputable amongst landscape architects. Those outside the field, may look a bit puzzled at the pronunciation of the unequivocally Dutch surname, but will nod in recognition after a reference to The High Line in New York, or Noma in Copenhagen.
