Current research
Currenty I am working on the characterisation of protein fractions obtained from rapeseed and legominous plants. These protein products are obtained from a novel, environmentally-friendly, water-based biofractionation method. My work is a part of NYProFOOD project, whose aim is to develop novel plant proteins for human nutrition.
Teaching
I am currently involved in teaching in the following courses:
- Biochemistry 1 (in Danish) - since 2014
- Enzymology and Experimental Biochemistry - since 2015
In the past I was also involved in teaching in the course Food Enzymes and Applications (in academic year 2012/2013)
