Marie Leine

PhD fellow

I am a graduate from the Department of Anthropology, University of Copenhagen, and have dealt with issues of ideology, gender, inequality and violence.

As part of the Velux-funded, collective research projekt, EFTERTANKER, at minority studies, I am researching issues of the aftermaths of violence for women staying at women's shelters. My focus is on violence, etichs and care practices in everyday life at the shelters.

I have experience with ethnographic fieldwork, discourse analysis, feminist theory and ethics, and post/de-colonial theory and analysis.
