Microbial community profiling through gene marker high-throughput amplicon sequencing (16S/ITS)
Activity: Participating in an event - types › Organisation of and participation in conference
Morgane Ourry - Organizer
Laura Victoria Florez Patino - Organizer
- Section for Organismal Biology
This workshop aimed to teach about:
1.Designing a microbiome profiling experiment up to obtaining the sequence data
2.Running the bioinformatics pipeline from raw data to ASV table with assigned taxonomies
3.Selecting an appropriate analysis approach from different available ones using the obtained profile(s)
A list of additional resources was provided in order to understand the full workflow of microbiome analysis and adapt to own questions
