Hanne Hellerup Eriksen
Hanne Hellerup Eriksen is doing a PhD (2010-2014) on physical activity and the use of health technologies in everyday life. She is among other things studyng the role of the technology (i.e. pedometers and smartphone apps) in motivating the user for continued physical activity.

My primary research interests include sociology of health and illness, health promotion, everyday life health practices, health and welfare technologies, physical acitivity, obesity, as well as use and development of (all kind of) technologies in social and organisational contexts.
