Chemometrics and Analytical Technology

I am currently a PhD-Student at the section of Chemometrics and Analytical Technology at the University of Copenhagen. My strengths are near infrared spectroscopy, chemometrics and design of experiments.
My PhD project has two aims:
1) To develop an online method for predicting end quality of cheese from measurements on fresh cheese.
2) To assess changes in cheese quality when (re)using water from reverse osmosis in cheese recipes.
