I am a young scientist in the area of metabolomics and chemometrics. My research mainly focuses on the application of metabolomics for sustainable food production, food quality, plant science, crop development, and human health. I use GC-MS, LC-MS and NMR for metabolome analysis and apply chemometrics for extracting information out of the multivariate metabolomics data. I also develop metabolomics protocols for data acquisition and analysis for various types of sample matrices including bio-fluids, plant extracts, and food samples.
