Research into haptic technology has accelerated over the past decade, producing more devices and content than ever before. However, due to the technology's innate diversity, existing haptic collections are limited to a specific physical technology or interaction modality. Hapticians, who are designers, researchers, or developers of haptic experiences, are left with a fragmented ecosystem of resources, making it difficult to build upon each others' work. To remedy this, we are actively developing the Haptiverse, an online system for sharing haptic experiences and platforms. Our contribution is the creation of a system architecture that can assist hapticians to find, use, and share existing haptic content.
