Field of expertise: Leadership and process facilitation of activities and participant contributions in social interaction in professional settings.

Methods: Video ethnography, Conversation Analysis (CA), Multimodal analysis, participant observation.

Data: Business meetings, innovation workshops and ICT mediated interaction in international settings.
