Associate Professor

Current research

Anders Møllmann is currently working on the project Maritime Management, Organization and Responsibility which he co-leads with Professor Vibe Ulfbeck. The project investigates the legal effects of how shipping companies are organized and managed.

He is also currently engaged in research on the liability of classification societies and on the role of EU in maritime law matters.

In January and February 2017, Anders Møllmann was a Visiting Associate Professor at National University of Singapore, Centre for Maritime Law where he conducted research and taught the course EU Maritime Law which he had developed for the purpose.

In 2017, Anders Møllmann is nominated for this year's "Harald" which is awarded to the teacher of the year at the Univeristy of Copenhagen.

Fields of interest

Anders Møllmann has a broad interest in both national and international maritime law as it pertains to both wet and dry matters. A particular interest is the interplay between public law and private law in this heavily regulated field.

Anders Møllmann is course director for the courses in maritime law.

He supervises on masters theses within all areas of maritime law and on bachelors theses within "wet" matters.

Furthermore, he has supervised two Ph.D. students.
