G protein-coupled receptors (GPCRs) are the targets of about 30% of currently available drugs with large potential for further drug development. My research focuses on understanding the molecular level structure and dynamics of GPCRs and couple that knowledge to biological function. To achieve this I combine structural biology and biophysics experiments with cell-based binding and signaling assays.
