Associate professor in Bioinformatics. My research area is ncRNA bioinformatics. This includes: Secondary structure prediction, structural ncRNA alignment, prediction of RNA-RNA interactions, and ncRNA genome annotation.

I primarely teach programming for beginners  and bioinformatics.
