Associate professor in Bioinformatics. My research area is ncRNA bioinformatics. This includes: Secondary structure prediction, structural ncRNA alignment, prediction of RNA-RNA interactions, and ncRNA genome annotation.
I primarely teach programming for beginners (Perl) and bioinformatics.
I am employed as a vip eventhough I am registered as tap in some systems.
My current project is about de novo methylation of DNA (epigenetik) and ncRNA on a grant from the Lundbeck foundation.
