Eva Garne is a PhD student at Department of Food Science (UCPH-FOOD) and Department of Biomedical Sciences (UCPH-BMI). Her project aims to understand the fate of protein-polyphenol adducts in the gastrointestinal system. The project explores the uptake of the protein-polyphenol adduct and the effect on gut microbiota. Eva obtained her master’s degree in Food Science and Technology from University of Copenhagen in 2018.
