CURRENT RESEARCH
- Book project: Fair Copy: Gender, Originality, and the Making of American Literature. The project concerns ideas around gender and originality in nineteenth-century literature, and has been supported by reasearch grants from the American Antiquarian Society, the Maine Women Writers Collection, and the British Library.
- Articles about Sarah Piatt and ekphrasis; Edgar Allan Poe and print culture; and Nella Larsen in the photo archive.
