• Biopharmaceutical profile, and a background in chemistry and molecular biology. Passionate about project- /people management, from idea to product. Managed +100 projects in R&D on enzymes, antibodies, peptides, polymers, RNA and pharmaceutical biology.
•Founded a biotech-based Contract Research Organization (CRO); EpiDiscoverYTM in 2013. Managing and coordinating all projects, with costumers and stakeholders, keeping budgets and deadlines.
•Project manager education at Implement Consulting (PRINCE2®), and several other diplomas, in R&D management and leadership.

2020-current: Founder and CSO of Serpentides®

Main achivements: Obtained full national patent in the US, MX & BR. Negotiated and completed technology transfer rights with stakeholders. Obtained joined partnership with COPA on Serpentides® start-up. Completing pre-clinical studies.


2013-2021: Founder and CSO of the CRO EpiDiscoverYTM

Main achivements: R&D project manager for 3 pre-clinical Proof of Concept (PoC) studies, including CRO’s/CMO’s and international stakeholders. Completed R&D projects for small and large companies e.g. Novo Nordisk (Identifying glucose biosensor), Promega (developing enzymatic assay), AstraZeneca (Phage Display).


2015-current: Assoc. Professor in Chem. & Mol. Biol. at UCPH

Main academic achivements: Group leader and supervisor for +70 students from scholars to postdocs. 2 patent applications, 2 spin-offs, +50 funded research projects. Nominated 3 times for the communication prize. Course director of Pharmaceutical Biology, Head of Studies of MPS. 



•Course director of Pharmaceutical Biology, incl. 250 students and 25 staff members, incl. 2 large experimental lab. ex.

•Head of Studies of the M.Sc. of Pharmaceutical Sciences in DK.
•Course director of a international Ph.D.-course in Phage Display.
