I am a PhD student under Erasmus Mundus Joint Doctorate (EMJD) Programme Forest and Nature for Society (FONASO) and commenced my study in October 2010 at Forest and Landscape (Division of Economics, Policy and Management Planning), University of Copenhagen.
My research project is titled "Rural livelihoods, climate change and micro-level adaptive capacity in the Greater Mekong Subregion". The overall objective of the research is to contribute to the emerging body of knowledge on micro-level adaptation to climate change in developing countries. This will be pursued through empirical investigation of rural livelihood strategies, assessment of their vulnerability to climate change and appraisal of the options to enhance household-level adaptive capacity.
