My research interests lie in the fields of economic geography, urban development and transport geography. In my PhD, I study how large transport investments affect the intra-urban development of cities. More specific, my PhD focus on understanding how changes in accessibility impact the socio-economic structures and dynamics of cities, such as the restructuring of employment, the location and growth dynamics of firms as well as social impacts. My empirically focus is on Copenhagen and the wider impacts of the Copenhagen Metro.
