Our group works in interdisciplinary field:

  • we develop an in vivo experimental approach based on Raman spectroscopic  techniques to study hemoglobin/cytochrome properties and signaling pathways in living erythrocytes, cardiomyocytes, isolated heart and brain slices

  • we develop an advanced image analysis of laser speckle flowmetry data to estimate cooperative behavior of cortical nephrons and dynamical changes in vascular networks of retina, mesenterium and brain

  • we develop mechanism-based models of vascular networks
