Primary fields of research
Morten Broberg first of all takes an interest in the area of international development law and development policy, and in particular:
- The regulation of Denmark's and the EU's development assistance and humanitarian aid
- The regulation of EU trade with the developing countries
- Legal reforms in developing countries
Moreover, Morten Broberg takes an interest in EU-law and in competition law in general.
Teaching
Morten Broberg teaches the following subjects on the Law Faculty's MA programme:
- EU Development Law
- EU Trade with the Developing Countries
- Introduction to EU Law
Morten Broberg teaches the following subjects on the Social Sciences Faculty's Master in Global Development:
- Global Politics
Morten Broberg supervises MA students and Ph.D. students within the field of International Development Law and related areas.
