Strong experience in conducting and bridging research on infectious diseases between field hospitals in malaria-endemic countries and state of the art molecular biology laboratories in Copenhagen since 2009.

-Project Coordinator, FFU, Mitigating emerging climate-sensitive disease vectors amongst internally displaced communities in Somaliland, 2024-2029.

-Co-Investigator and Work package leader, FFU, Predicting vector-borne disease epidemics: Dissemination of risk forecasting using District Helath Information Software2 in Tanzania, 2020-2025.

-Co-Investigator, FFU, Climate Change and its Adverse Effects on the double burden of Malnutrition and Infectious Diseases among women of reproductive age in Tanzania, 2023-2028

-Course coordinator, International Perspective, International Health, 5th semester KA medicine, UCPH, encompassing “Summer Course in International Health” and “International Study Exposure – Health Provision in Tropical Africa”; coordination and supervision in Tanzania of yearly 40 Danish medical students, Faculty of Health and Medical Sciences, 2017 – ongoing.
